TWU Local 101 Mourns the Loss of Josephine Arroyo

Today is a difficult day for our union family as we mourn the loss of our beloved retired Vice President, Josephine Arroyo.

Josephine was a tireless advocate and a compassionate leader who stood firmly for every member she represented. Her unwavering dedication, strength, and kindness touched the lives of all who had the privilege to know her.

After an extraordinary 42 years of service at National Grid, Josephine’s absence will be deeply felt by her union family and beyond. Her legacy of care, commitment, and leadership will continue to inspire us. In recognition of her outstanding service, the union honored Josephine in the 2017 issue of Burning Bright, our newsletter, celebrating her work, dedication, and the impact she made even after her retirement.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Josephine’s family, friends, and all who are grieving this tremendous loss. We will share details regarding memorial arrangements as soon as they are available.
